Why did we activate in Kea?

An island once called Hydroussa—meaning the watery one—now stands dry. The water disappeared when the water nymphs were banished, driven mad, and cast out. With them, the island’s flow vanished. Kea reminds us what happens when the feminine, the fluid, the feeling is silenced: drought, within and without. We had a mission: To bring back the Water in Kea and in order to do that we had to balance our inner Waters.

We accomplished this mission with great joy, since in the last activation days it started to rain which usually only happens once or twice a year in Kea.

But Kea also holds the medicine.

It was once known for having the strongest poison in Greece—used in ancient suicides and to end the life of Socrates. This poison is symbolic: when honored, what once harmed can be transmuted into healing. Our retreat was a return to that forgotten alchemy.

Turning poison into medicine, not just for ourselves, but for the Earth.

And why Greece?

Because Greece is the mind of the Earth.

From its soil sprang philosophy, democracy, and the very words we speak.

To heal in Greece is to rewrite the root patterns of thought, language, and perception.

To gather here, at the edge of the Aegean, is to anchor new ways of thinking, feeling, and being—rooted in remembrance, fluidity, and ancient wisdom.

When we reconnect to our own waters, we reconnect to our intuition, our truth, our ability to flow.

Where did we stay?

Villa Naos.

Naos means Temple in Greek.

We all know the saying “so within so without” that’s why we chose a place of visual harmony, to make it easier for us to create the same frequency within ourselves.

What made this experience so special?

Of course, the people. Our Group of 11.

In my opinion the connections that are formed in retreats are the most important part.

In this Retreat we had a beautiful harmony of the feminine and masculine. At the same time we had many different ages and of course different countries.

We had codes from Finland, California, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Turkey.

It was an honor to be guiding them, they all came alone and met for the first time. In the end of the retreat we became a little family.
